Rising Together Program

The Rising Together* program is a group-based program for middle and high school students that aims to promote emotional well-being by helping them to have positive relationships. Youth learn ways to get along well with others, handle problems in relationships, and feel more connected to friends and family through small group activities. Youth learn about the relationship between feelings and interpersonal interactions, and they learn communication strategies and interpersonal problem-solving skills that they can use in their relationships.

Rising Together is offered as part of a research study conducted by the University of Minnesota. If you are interested in learning more about participating, please complete this interest form or reach out to our study team at  [email protected]
